Mandatory Topics covers the duties a licensee has under Virginia's agency law (Real Estate Agency) and some important issues to keep in mind when writing contracts (Real Estate Contracts). The course also covers federal and state fair housing laws and some current cases and administrative decisions related to fair housing (Fair Housing). In addition, current cases that may impact other areas of real estate, including contracts, agency, environmental issues, and property disclosure, are discussed (Legal Updates and Emerging Trends).
